- Science Group: Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.50 in both SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent examinations (including the 4th subject), with a total GPA of at least 8.00.
- GCE ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Level: Applicants must have passed 5 subjects in ‘O’ Level and at least 2 subjects in ‘A’ Level. Out of the total 7 subjects, a minimum of 4 ‘B’ grades and 3 ‘C’ grades are required.
