Eligibility for Application

To apply to Bangladesh University of Professionals, candidates must have passed the HSC or equivalent examination in 2023 or 2024. To apply, candidates need to meet specific GPA requirements based on their faculty of interest. The minimum qualifications for each unit are as follows:

• Faculty of Science and Technology (FST): Science students must have a GPA of 10.00 (5.0 in each exam).
• Faculty of Security and Strategic Studies (FSSS): Requires a GPA of 9.0 for Science, 8.50 for Business Studies, and 8.25 for Humanities.

How to Apply

To apply online, follow the steps bellow.

1. Go to the official admission website: admission.bup.edu.bd.
2. Apply for Bachelors Program
3. Select your program and faculty, then click "Apply."
4. Complete the signup.
5. Fill out the application form with accurate information.
6. Upload a photograph in the specified size and format.
7. Pay the application fee (1050 Taka) through online banking or mobile services (e.g., bKash).
8. Submit the application.

After submission, applicants will receive a confirmation email with an application ID for future reference. The email will contain login information (User ID and password). This login information will be required later for downloading the admit card and other purposes.

BUP Eligible List 2024-2025

A fixed number of applicants will be given the opportunity to participate in the admission test at Bangladesh University of Professionals. The BUP eligible candidates list will be published on November 27, 2024. Applicants can access it on the admission portal by logging in with their user ID. The list will include roll numbers and others. Only candidates on this list will be able to participate in the admission test.

BUP Admit Card 2025 Download

Eligible candidates can download their admit cards from December 5, 2024. No one will be allowed in the Admission Test hall without a Admit Card. It will include the candidate's name, photo, roll number, exam schedule, and venue.

Steps to download:

1. Log in to the admission porta (admission.bup.edu.bd) with your user ID and password.
2. Complete the security check and click the login button.
3. Then download and print the admit card.

Seat Plan

The seating arrangement for the admission test of each faculty will be published one or two days before the scheduled date. Candidates must attend the admission test center assigned to them. The seating arrangement can be found by logging into the admission website and can be downloaded as a PDF from the notice section.

BUP Admission Result 2025

The BUP Admission Result 2025, including merit and waiting lists, was scheduled to published on 18 December 2024. Later it was changed. New date will announced soon. Candidates can check the results by logging into their accounts on the BUP admission portal. It can also be downloaded as a PDF from the notice board section of the respective faculty.

Final Admission

Selected candidates will be called for the final admission process, which will include document verification and fee payment. Classes for the new session are scheduled to start on March 3, 2025.
