How to Apply
The MIST admission process is completely online. To apply:

Application Fee Payment
The application fee must be paid within the stipulated date after applying online. Applicants must follow the instructions in the Applicant's Copy and pay the application fee through Teletalk using the USER ID.
The application fee is 1000 Taka for engineering and 1200 Taka for architecture. To pay the application fee, two SMS messages must be sent following the instructions below.
- 1st SMS: Type MIST <space> user ID and send to 16222.
A return message will provide a PIN with detailed information. This PIN must be used to send the second message.
- 2nd SMS: Type MIST <space> YES <space> PIN and send to 16222.
After paying the fee, applicants will receive a password via SMS, which can be used to download the admit card.
Eligible Candidates List
The list of candidates eligible for the written admission test will be published on the MIST website on 10 February, 2025. This list will include separate lists for current year and previous year applicants.
Admit Card Download
After the application fee payment is completed, candidates can download their admit card from the MIST website using their USER ID and the password received via SMS. All candidates must download and print the admit card to participate in the admission test. No one will be allowed to participate in the admission test without the admit card.
Admission Test Date
The MIST 2025 admission test will be held on 22 February, 2025. The exam will have two units:
- Unit A (Engineering and Architecture): The exam will be from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
